Demi Lovato is serving new music and pure joy with their latest album — and a massive new tour to match.
The 33-year-old pop powerhouse just dropped It’s Not That Deep, their ninth studio album — an 11-track dance-pop dream full of high-energy bops and carefree vibes.
“IT’S NOT THAT DEEP OUT NOW!!” Demi gushed on Instagram. “this album era has been such a joyful and fun time in my life. i really feel like i’m exactly where i’m supposed to be. every piece of this world was created with so much love. from set to the studio, i’ve enjoyed every moment of this process and i hope you can feel it when you listen.”
They added, “i’m so glad it’s finally yours to laugh, dance, and even cry to (because let’s be real, i had to get a little deep).”
Produced by Zhone — a connection that came through none other than Kesha — It’s Not That Deep includes previously released singles “Kiss,” “Here All Night,” and “Fast.”
“She’s been a really good friend to me over the years,” Demi told Vogue. “One day she was in the studio with Zhone and texted me a picture of them together and was like, ‘You have to get in the studio with this guy, he’s amazing!’ And I was like, if it has Kesha’s co-sign, I’m totally gonna do that. So she did have a part in making this album, and I’m eternally grateful for that.”
They continued, “That is a testament to her character and how beautiful it is when pop girlies come support one another and just want the best for one another. I wanna really highlight that, because that’s the type of person she is.”
To celebrate the release, Lovato announced The It’s Not That Deep Tour, a 23-city run kicking off April 8, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina, and wrapping May 25 in Houston, Texas. The tour — produced by Live Nation — will feature special guest ADÉLA and promises a “high-voltage, joy-filled experience” blending Lovato’s new hits with their biggest career anthems.
Presales begin October 28, with general tickets going live October 31. VIP experiences and fan packages will also be available.
Between the electric new music, the playful tone of the album, and Demi’s radiant energy, It’s Not That Deep is exactly what fans have been waiting for — a confident, carefree chapter that proves the superstar is still at the top of their game.
