Dylan O’Brien is taking the latest pop-culture swirl in stride.
Fans have been in full detective mode ever since Sabrina Carpenter dropped her cheeky new track “Go Go Juice” from Man’s Best Friend. The song playfully name-checks (or at least name-rhymes) a string of rumored exes, and one lyric had people zeroing in on Dylan:
“I’m just drinking to call someone / Ain’t nobody’s safe when I’m a little bit drunk / Could be John or Larry, gosh, who’s to say? / Or the one that rhymes with villain if I’m feelin’ that way.”
Listeners quickly matched “John” with Shawn Mendes, “Larry” with Barry Keoghan, “gosh” with Joshua Bassett—and “villain” with Dylan. After all, Dylan and Sabrina were spotted kissing in New York back in 2022 before the trail went cold.
So what does the Teen Wolf alum think of all the chatter? When Andy Cohen brought it up on Watch What Happens Live, Dylan blinked in surprise. “Huh… well, I wasn’t aware,” he said, laughing.
Andy pressed on, and Dylan added, “Oh, and my name rhymes with villain. Well, she never drunk dialed me.” Cohen quipped back, “Maybe you just didn’t pick up… your house famously doesn’t have service.” Dylan shot back, “Yeah, you have to get me by FaceTime audio.”
Case closed? Maybe. Either way, Dylan’s easygoing vibe proves he’s not losing sleep over a clever rhyme—and fans are eating it up.
