On Friday night (February 13), the 38-year-old entertainer took the stage at Voltaire for the opening night of her residency. Fans expected nostalgia. They expected “With Love.” They did not expect a full-blown engagement moment mid-show.

During her performance of the Dignity fan-favorite “With Love” — the song where Hilary traditionally invites fans on stage to recreate the iconic choreography — something felt different.
