Valentine’s Day brought more than flowers this year — it delivered a hard launch.

Hudson Williams, 25, took to Instagram to officially introduce his girlfriend to the world. The Heated Rivalry star posted photos celebrating the holiday, including a cozy dining snapshot alongside his girlfriend and co-star Connor Storrie. In true Hudson fashion, he added a playful heart around Connor’s face in the corner of the image.

“Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️,” he wrote, adding, “With me since my 2000 gold Mazda protege smoked and squealed and I had no job”

The post quickly caught attention — not just for the romance, but because fans have long speculated about Hudson and Connor’s dynamic.

Earlier this month, Hudson soft-launched his girlfriend in a slideshow from Milan and Paris, including a video of her laughing with Connor. He even liked a comment reading, “HIS GF AND BF,” leaning into the internet chatter with humor.

Since the debut of Heated Rivalry, speculation about Hudson and Connor’s sexualities has swirled online. But series creator Jacob Tierney previously addressed that head-on in an interview with Xtra.

“I’ll answer this for them,” Jacob interjected.

He continued, “I don’t think there’s any reason to get into that stuff. I’ll tell you something about the casting of both of these roles. You can’t ask questions like that when you’re casting, right? It’s actually against the law.”

“So what you have to gauge is somebody’s enthusiasm and willingness to do the work. And that’s what’s so impressive about both of these guys is they came into this being like, ‘Yeah, we’re here to do this, and we are here to make this story feel authentic and to be as real as possible.’ And they f–king hit it out of the park,” Jacob added.

Tierney also reflected on their audition chemistry.

“They read together and we were all like, ‘Oh my god, this is f–king done. Flush the rest of it down the toilet.’ Their chemistry was just insane. It was always going to be about chemistry. We loved both of them separately and then seeing them together, it was just like perfection. We couldn’t ask for more,” he said.

Now, Hudson’s Valentine’s post feels like a confident step forward. No cryptic captions. No over-explaining. Just a casual, joyful confirmation.

And we love to see it.
