Global pop phenomenon KATSEYE was forced to make a sudden schedule adjustment on the North American leg of their Wildworld Tour. On Tuesday, November 3, the six-member powerhouse group announced via Instagram Stories that their scheduled evening performance at Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena would be postponed after member Megan Skiendiel fell ill shortly before showtime.

The last-minute announcement arrived on the afternoon of the performance, leaving many fans who had already traveled to the venue needing to adjust their plans. The group expressed heartfelt regret to their supporters in a direct statement posted to their official channels:

“We’re so sorry to share that tonight’s show at Little Caesars Arena has been postponed due to illness,” read the group’s post on Instagram Stories. “Unfortunately, Megan is unwell and unable to perform tonight, and we want to make sure she has the time she needs to rest and recover.”

“We know so many of you have traveled, made plans, and been looking forward to tonight. We are incredibly disappointed that we won’t get to see you, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience,” the statement continued. “Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for always showing us so much love. We love you and can’t wait to see you soon.”

The group instructed fans who had already arrived at Little Caesars Arena to follow venue staff directives regarding ticketing and future date rescheduling. The Wildworld Tour schedule continues with upcoming dates at Chicago’s United Center on Thursday, November 5, followed by a stop at Minneapolis’s Target Center on Saturday, November 7.Representatives have not yet indicated whether those subsequent tour stops will be impacted.

The Detroit postponement marks another obstacle in what has been an intense touring cycle for the group. KATSEYE previously withdrew from Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields festival in August following an ankle injury sustained by Skiendiel. Additionally, two other members are currently taking formal leaves of absence: Manon Bannerman stepped back to focus on mental wellness, while Sophia Laforteza is also taking time off for her mental health, with plans to rejoin the group in January 2027.

Despite the roster adjustments, KATSEYE’s dedicated fanbase continues to rally around the group, offering overwhelming support as Skiendiel takes time to rest and recuperate.
