Chloë Grace Moretz is officially a married woman!
The 28-year-old actress, best known for her breakout role in Kick-Ass, tied the knot with her longtime partner, model Kate Harrison, 34, over Labor Day weekend in a celebration that was equal parts stylish and heartfelt.
The couple shared their happy news with Vogue, offering fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse at their wedding outfit fittings and a peek into the emotions surrounding their big day.
“The thing I’m the most excited for — other than being married — is that first look moment,” Kate said to Vogue while describing the magic of picking their outfits and planning the ceremony.
Both brides wore custom Louis Vuitton looks for the big day. Chloë opted for a light blue gown for the ceremony, followed by a chic jacket-and-trousers combo for the after-party. Kate, meanwhile, chose a classic white wedding dress to say “I do,” later changing into a fitted bodice and trousers for the evening celebrations.
“Having no idea of what we look like in our dresses, it’s going to be so special. This dress just kind of makes you feel ready. This design is perfect. I’m ready!” Kate gushed of her look.
Chloë, who has always kept her relationship fairly private, opened up about the deeper meaning of their vows. “We’ve been together for almost seven years and making this promise to each other in a new way, and exchanging these vows. I think it’s important to just stay every day choosing each other,” she shared.
After the ceremony, Chloë posted a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, thanking Louis Vuitton’s creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière, for bringing their vision to life. “Words can’t begin to express how this feels. The couple’s romance has been one of quiet devotion. First spotted kissing at Nobu in Malibu back in 2018, they have since been photographed together only on rare occasions. Earlier this year, the pair sparked engagement rumors when both were seen sporting sparkling diamond rings.
