The This Is Us star and the model have officially expanded their family, welcoming their second child together—a baby boy named Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia.
The happy news was shared by Mariano herself, who announced the arrival on Instagram with a heartfelt message alongside a sweet family photo that gave fans a glimpse of their growing household.
“These last couple of weeks have been chaos, but in the best possible way. Welcome back home Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia. Can’t wait for all of the adventures ahead with our family of 5!”
The family portrait included not only the couple and their two children, but also their beloved dog, making good on Mariano’s reference to their “family of 5.”
