Nick Jonas is officially back in solo mode — and he’s doing it with style, fanfare, and a Sunday brunch reveal that feels perfectly on-brand for this new era.

The 33-year-old singer and actor spent his weekend in Las Vegas hosting a special “Sunday Best Brunch” at Nellie’s Southern Kitchen, his family’s beloved restaurant. And while fans expected good food and good vibes, they definitely weren’t expecting Nick to drop the first major announcement of his next chapter. But that’s exactly what he did.

Leading up to the brunch, Nick had teased that he had something special cooking. “I’ve been working on new music that I’m really proud of, and I wanted to find a special way to share the first piece of it with you,” he shared — a promise he fully delivered on as he previewed brand-new tracks for attendees.

After the event, Nick made things official, posting on Instagram to reveal his long-awaited new solo album. “My new album, ‘Sunday Best’ is out February 6, 2026,” he wrote, also noting that fans can pre-order starting midnight ET. The announcement came alongside the album cover art, sealing the moment for Swifties, Jonas Brothers fans, and solo-era Nick stans everywhere.

Brunch guests heard a generous collection of unreleased songs, including “Hope,” “Sweet to Me,” “Handprints,” “You Got Me,” “Princesses,” and “911,” which he’d previously performed during a tour stop earlier this year. And the night before, at the Jonas Brothers’ JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour in Vegas, Nick also debuted two more songs from the project: “Gut Punch” and “I Need You.”

The timing couldn’t be better, considering that 2025 has been a huge year for the Jonas family creatively. When the brothers kicked off their 20th anniversary celebrations, they promised new music not only as a group but also individually. Joe Jonas released his sophomore solo album, Music For People Who Believe In Love, and has hinted at even more music to come. Kevin Jonas released his very first solo single, “Changing,” in November, marking his official debut as a solo artist.

As a band, the Jonas Brothers delivered a full slate of releases, including a live album, their Greetings From Your Hometown studio album, and the soundtrack/holiday album A Very Jonas Christmas Movie.

Now, it’s Nick’s moment — and fans are already buzzing about the new era, the unexpected brunch moment, and the promise of a soulful, polished, emotional album from the youngest Jonas brother. Sunday Best feels like the perfect way to kick off 2026, and if brunch was any indication, this is shaping up to be one of Nick’s most personal solo projects yet.
