After months of speculation surrounding tensions between the Peltz and Beckham families, Nicola Peltz’s father is finally weighing in — if only briefly.

Billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz addressed the topic during an appearance at The Wall Street Journal’s Invest Live event in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Tuesday (February 3). When the interviewer brought up his daughter’s name, Nelson responded with humor first.

“Has my family been in the press lately? I haven’t noticed that at all,” he joked.

The lighthearted comment quickly gave way to a more thoughtful response when he was asked whether he offers his daughter advice on navigating intense media scrutiny.

“I do. And sometimes they give me advice. My advice is to stay the hell out of the press. How much good did that do?” he said.

While Nelson didn’t dive into specifics, he did address the situation directly enough to quiet some of the noise.

“My daughter and the Beckhams are a whole other story. That’s not for coverage here today, but I’ll tell you my daughter’s great, my son-law Brooklyn is great, and I look forward to them having a long, happy marriage together.”

Rumors of tension between Nicola Peltz and her husband Brooklyn Beckham’s famous parents, David and Victoria Beckham, have circulated since the couple’s lavish 2022 wedding. Over time, every social media post, public appearance, and perceived absence has been scrutinized for signs of discord.

Nelson’s comments, though brief, underscored a desire to keep family matters private — and to redirect attention toward what matters most: his daughter’s happiness.

By praising both Nicola and Brooklyn and expressing optimism about their future, he offered a rare moment of clarity amid months of speculation. In true Peltz fashion, the message was understated but firm: family first, headlines second.
