Wedding bells are ringing for Normani and DK Metcalf!
The 28-year-old singer and the 27-year-old NFL star are officially engaged, with DK revealing the big news just one day after popping the question. Fresh off signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers, he let it slip during a team introduction video that Normani is now his fiancée.
During a press conference, where Normani was also present, DK shared some sweet details about his proposal. He explained that both of their families were together in Houston for his sister’s spring break, making it the perfect time to get down on one knee.
“Just thought about getting the whole family together for a big kumbaya, and you know, joining our families with a ring,” he said with a huge smile.
The couple first sparked dating rumors in 2022 before confirming their relationship in 2023. Now, they’re ready to take the next step, and fans couldn’t be happier for them. Congratulations to the happy couple!
