James Van Der Beek bought the sprawling Texas ranch that he and his family started renting in 2020, just a month before he passed away. The iconic actor, who died at 48 following a battle with colorectal cancer, officially purchased the picturesque 36-acre spread on January 9 for $4.76M. The lush property includes a main house, several cabins, a pool, and backyard, rolling fields and breathtaking landscape.
