Drew Barrymore Lists 280-Year-Old Westchester Property
Drew Barrymore is parting ways with her historical Westchester estate. The actress-turned-talk show host put the sprawling 280-year-old retreat on the market for $4.99M, just two years after buying it. She purchased the 6-br 9-bath estate back in 2024 for $4.4M and spent a year doing extensive renovation of the property.
