Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. have lowered the asking price of their breathtaking LA abode. Just three months after listing the Mandeville Canyon property for $10.5M, the couple has offered a hefty price cut, with the mansion now at $9.95M. Sarah and Freddie purchased the 5-br 6-bath Hamptons-style home, which spans more than 7,300 sq ft, for $6.1M.
