Jason Schwarzmann Lists California Cottage
Jason Schwarzmann is letting go of his California abode. The Mountainhead actor has listed his 4-br 3-bath cottage for $1.75M – less than a year after he purchased it. Jason and his wife bought the 2,323 sq ft property in October 2024 for $1.75M. He initially listed the dwelling back in August for $1.8M before slashing the price this month.
