Fans are expressing concern for Ray J after a recent performance in Louisiana left viewers unsettled.

On Saturday, February 14, the 45-year-old “One Wish” singer took the stage in Shreveport. Mid-performance, videos began circulating online that showed what appeared to be blood running from beneath his sunglasses.

In footage shared on X, Ray J is seen wearing black sunglasses while handing roses to audience members. As he moves across the stage, a streak of red can be seen trailing down his right cheek. In another clip from the same night, he briefly lifts his sunglasses, revealing what looks like dried blood pooled beneath both eyes.

The imagery quickly spread online, prompting concern about his health.

At one point during the concert, Ray J also removed his shirt, revealing what appeared to be a heart monitor taped just below his collarbone — a detail that further heightened speculation among fans watching the footage.

Backstage, amid growing questions about his condition, Ray J reportedly reassured a friend, saying, “I’ve been getting better.”

The moment comes just weeks after Ray J publicly opened up about a recent hospitalization. In January, he spoke candidly about the toll that years of heavy partying have taken on his body, particularly his heart. During that conversation, he shared that his health challenges are serious — and deeply personal.

He also made a startling statement about his prognosis, saying that due to his condition, he won’t live to see 2027.

Those comments, paired with the recent onstage incident, have understandably raised alarm among supporters.

While it remains unclear what caused the apparent bleeding seen during the performance, the combination of visible symptoms and the heart monitor suggests that Ray J is navigating ongoing medical issues in real time — even as he continues to perform.
