Rose Leslie is getting candid about her husband, Kit Harington.
In her new cover story fir Harper’s Bazaar UK, the 35-year-old actress opened up about Kit’s struggle with addiction in the past. She stated:
“I’ve learnt a lot about addiction and it’s something Kit is forever going to be aware of, but it’s on him whether he chooses to drink again. No amount of nannying is going to be able to stop him from doing what he decides to do…”
She went on to say that it is not on her to guard his behavior:
“I don’t choose to put that pressure on myself. The responsibility of his behavior is on him. It’s not on me to guard him from it.”
Rose also spoke about how Kit is as a dad, praising his role as a father:
“He wore the Baby Björn loud and proud.
And there were many satisfying moments; we had an understanding that, when our son cried in the middle of the night, it was on Kit to go and look after him, as I would have to wake up early to work – it was kind of glorious.”
