Tekashi 6ix9ine was reportedly rushed to the hospital after he was attacked inside the gym.
The 26-year-old rapper was hospitalized on Tuesday (March 21) after he was brutally beaten up inside of an LA Fitness located in South Florida.
His attorney Lance Lazzaro said to outlets that Tekashi was in the sauna when a group of men apparently walked in and proceeded to attack him.
Lance added that Tekashi tried to fight off his attackers but there were too many. The assailants fled the scene after beating him up,
The attorney also said that Tekashi did not have any security with him when he was attacked.
Staff at the gym heard the commotion and notified a manager immediately. EMS and police were called to the gym. Tekashi was transported to a hospital. He suffered swelling, bruises, and gashes on his face and sustained injuries on his jaw, back, and ribs.
