A mere week ago an unassuming girl group posted a TikTok with a 30-second snippet of their original song “F2020.” Within hours the video skyrocketed to millions of views (11 million to date) and a demand for the release of the full song. Today, Avenue Beat has delivered the full-length version that some are calling the song of the year.
I’m just stating the facts // this year is just whack // emotionally I am // lonely and anxious and mad // and if you feel me on that // lowkey fuck 2020
Earning high praise from stars like Maren Morris, Sara Bareilles and industry heavyweights like Scooter Braun, the song and accompanying lyric video are quickly solidifying Avenue Beat as ones to watch.
Stream “F2020” now and keep up with Avenue Beat on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
