Tom Holland is celebrating a personal milestone: three and a half years of sobriety. The Spider-Man star, 29, opened up about his journey and his booming non-alcoholic beer company, Bero, in a new Esquire interview.

“Yeah, I’m three and a half years now. It feels amazing, a little bit like a brand-new identity almost,” Tom shared.

Launching Bero has become an exciting new chapter. “And Bero is going really well. I’m really proud of it,” he said. “Every day we’re making big steps in the right direction, and we’re growing every day—thinking of new ways to innovate and coming up with new ideas for products. We have some exciting stuff that we’re developing for the winter of this year and the summer of next year, which I’m really excited about. But yeah, it’s an ever-changing, ever-growing process.”

Tom’s openness about sobriety offers inspiration to fans navigating their own challenges. By pairing his personal growth with entrepreneurship, he’s proving that reinvention is possible—and that life without alcohol can be full of creativity and purpose.
