Did Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello call it quits on their romance – again?
Reports have it that Shawn and Camila have broken up again, just six weeks after getting back together and giving their relationship another go.
The music power couple were in a relationship for two and a half years until they went their separate ways in November 2021. After being spotted together and kissing at Coachella in April, the two have been seen together several times in recent weeks.
However, a source now says that they have once again split — and that this time is for good.
The insider dished:
“Shawn and Camila have a lot of history and they tested the waters again after coming back into each other’s lives.
But it was just a fling and they’ve put an end to it now.”
They went on to reveal:
“They realized it was probably a mistake to give things another shot. Things ended between them the first time for a reason, after all.
In reality, both of them know they aren’t right for each other romantically and now they just want to move on.”
When they broke up in 2021, they released a statement to confirm their separation. At the time, they stated:
“Hey guys, we’ve decided to end our romantic relationship, but our love for one another as humans is stronger than ever. We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends.
We so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward.”
But sources told outlets that this reunion has been so short-lived that both Shawn and Camila just want to move on without speaking about it.
