Zac Efron just hit a major milestone, and boy, did he do it in style! The Hollywood Walk of Fame just got a whole lot cooler ’cause Zac’s now part of that star-studded club. Picture it: Zac, all smiles, taking his well-deserved spot on that famous walkway. The 36-year-old heartthrob took center stage in Hollywood, California, on a sunny Monday afternoon to claim his star, and let’s just say, the turnout was epic.

Guess who showed up to cheer him on? None other than his ride-or-die buddies—Miles Teller and his lovely wife Kaleigh, along with his co-star Jeremy Allen White and director Sean Durkin from ‘The Iron Claw.’ Talk about squad goals! Oh, and not to forget the ultimate support crew—his brother Dylan and their proud parents, Starla Bassett and David Efron, were right there soaking in all that glory with him.

And can we talk about that acceptance speech? Zac had us all reaching for the tissues with his heartfelt words. Seriously, it was like watching the perfect scene in a feel-good movie. He kicked things off by saying, “I’ve been acting, singing, and dancing for as long as I can remember, but never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would be standing here today.” Aww, Zac, you’ve come a long way, buddy!

But here’s where the waterworks really started: Zac poured his heart out, thanking everyone who’s been on this crazy journey with him. He made sure to give a special shoutout to his late co-star from ’17 Again,’ Matthew Perry. The love and respect he showed for Matthew were just beautiful, saying, “Collaborating with him in the first years was so much fun. It really did propel me and motivate me in so many ways. It really pushed me into the next chapter of my career. Thank you so much, Matthew, thinking about you a lot today.” What a touching tribute!

But wait, there’s more! Zac didn’t forget the folks who kickstarted his megastar status—the masterminds behind ‘High School Musical,’ director Kenny Ortega and producer Bill Borden. They were right there, sharing in the moment. Zac made sure to shout out to them, saying, “You guys were both instrumental in giving me my start in High School Musical. For that, I’m just eternally grateful. I still think about it every day—I sing the songs in the shower.” Classic Zac, keeping those ‘HSM’ vibes alive!

And can we just take a moment to appreciate his ‘HSM’ throwback? “Go Wildcats!” he yelled, giving us all a major nostalgia hit. It’s like he never left East High!

So here’s to Zac Efron, the guy who danced his way into our hearts, sang his way to stardom, and acted his way into Hollywood history. Cheers to many more stars, Zac—you’ve definitely earned it!
