Celebs have been giving fans a sneak peek into what they’ve been up to at home amid the coronavirus pandemic – but it appears Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin are taking things one step further. The couple is using this time to build their dream cabin – from scratch! And they’re taking fans along in their journey, too!
The Hollywood actor and supermodel just launched a new series on Instagram called Breaking Ground with Dylan & Barbara.
DIGA studios, who produced the IG series, shared a synopsis on Instagram.
“What’s happening with Dylan Sprouse and his supermodel girlfriend Barbara Palvin, you might be asking? Um, only building their dream cabin from scratch… somewhere in rural America… in the middle of a pandemic!” they wrote.
The first episode, entitled “The Escape” is already online – and opens with Dylan and Barbara talking about maybe buying a land away from Los Angeles.
They later take a road trip to somewhere that’s NOT L.A. – the place is legit surrounded by nature and even has a lake, which they go swimming in.
Their adorable exchanges also give insight into their relationship.
At one point, Dylan was all, “Hungarian law dictates that you have to marry earlier, right, and have kids?” referring to Barbara’s Hungarian heritage.
To which Barbara replied: “You’re thinking too far ahead.”
But it seems the beauty of nature had reeled the couple in hook, line and sinker.
“We could do this. We could buy a place up here,” Dylan mused.
“We’ll buy the land, and we’re gonna spend the least amount of money possible on the land and have the most beautiful cabin ever,” Barbara later agreed.
Towards the beginning of quarantine, Dylan opened up about how he and Barbara have been enjoying their time at home.
“It’s actually pretty nice considering that we fly around all the time throughout the world and haven’t had this much time to spend with each other in a long time,” he shared with Entertainment Tonight.
And as for how they’ve been keeping busy, “The new Animal Crossing came out, so we’re playing a lot of Crossing and catching up on all the shows we missed this year,” he told Cosmopolitan. “We’re also playing games, just talking, trying to get organized, all the things we didn’t really have time for.”
“We started this new anime that we really like called Haikyu!!, which is a funny volleyball anime, funny enough,” Dylan added. “Besides that, it’s been a lot more video game playing than watching stuff.”
Looks like they’ve found a lot more stuff to do!
