Gigi Hadid is weighing in on the whole nepo baby discourse.
In a new interview with The Sunday Times, the 27-year-old model – who is the daughter of former model Yolanda Hadid and real estate pro Mohamed Hadid – candidly touched on her privileged life.
She stated:
“I’ve always acknowledged that I come from privilege.”
She went on to share the lesson that her parents taught her:
“My parents told me, ‘Just because you have parents who were successful, it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t walk into the job being as nice and as hard-working as you can be.’”
Gigi also opened up about co-parenting her two-year-old daughter Chai with her ex, Zayn Malik.
She gave a rare insight into their life as co-parents, revealing that she schedules her work commitments for “when Khai is with her dad,” and added:
“That she can be with both parents makes me very happy.”
