Jackie Apostel has no time for critics when it comes to her love life.
The 29-year-old songwriter, who has been dating 20-year-old Cruz Beckham for more than a year, recently clapped back at comments about their age difference — and her response was nothing short of graceful.
Jackie joined Cruz and the Beckham family front row at Victoria Beckham’s Paris Fashion Week show on Friday (October 3), where Victoria shared a sweet family photo to Instagram. “I love you all so much… I couldn’t do it without you! xx,” the designer captioned the post.
But one user decided to call out Jackie, writing, “Why is a 29 year old dating a 20 that’s just weird.”
Jackie didn’t hesitate to respond. “because he’s kind, funny, smart, caring, driven, mature, talented, loyal, and also quite handsome 🥰,” she wrote.
Later that evening, Jackie shared her own photos from the show — including one of her kissing Cruz — and captioned the post, “what an incredible show and in my favorite dress yet. @victoriabeckham 🧡 honoured to witness all of this come to life.”
This isn’t the first time Jackie’s joined the Beckham family for special occasions — she was spotted on their summer holiday in Saint-Tropez, fully embraced by the clan.
While the internet loves a debate, Jackie’s calm, confident response says it all: she and Cruz are happy, and that’s what matters most.
