Miranda Kerr is keeping it real — and radiant — as always.
The 42-year-old model and entrepreneur stopped by Today With Jenna & Friends this week to chat about her skincare line, KORA Organics, but it was her sweet insight on family life that had everyone talking.
Looking effortlessly chic in a printed midi skirt, leather jacket, and heels, Miranda was all smiles as she opened up about her blended family with ex-husband Orlando Bloom and his fiancée, Katy Perry.
Miranda and Orlando share a 14-year-old son, Flynn, and over the years, she and Katy have built a surprisingly strong friendship — something the supermodel says comes down to mutual respect and love.
“Having love and respect for each other is so important,” Miranda shared. “Everyone’s human, and that’s important to really put the children first and what’s the best needs of the children and how do we make everyone feel accepted and loved.”
She added, “At the end of the day we’re all human and we’re all trying to be the best versions of ourselves. Why not be good examples for our children?”
Their closeness isn’t just for show, either. When Katy went to space, Miranda was one of the first to check in. “I spoke to her, and I was like, ‘How are you feeling?’ She was laying down in the back of the bus, and she was like, ‘Wow that was intense.’ I was like, ‘I just wanted to check in on you. Are you good? I’m glad you’re in one piece.’ I adore her,” Miranda gushed.
In true Miranda Kerr fashion, she’s proving that love — in every form — always looks good.
