Benson Boone is officially back on the road.
The chart-topping singer kicked off his Wanted Man Tour on Tuesday, July 7, with high
energy opening night at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, marking the
start of what promises to be his biggest headlining trek yet.
If fans expected Boone to bring his signature athletic stage presence, he certainly
delivered.
Throughout the show, the 24-year-old singer filled the arena with soaring vocals,
emotional ballads and the acrobatic flips that have become one of his trademarks. At one point during the concert, Boone even flew through the air before surprising the crowd by appearing in a Spider-Man mask, adding another memorable moment to an already theatrical performance.
The opening night served as the launch of Boone’s fourth headlining tour, another major milestone in what has been a remarkably fast rise to pop stardom.
Supporting acts will rotate throughout the tour.
Singer-songwriter Olivia O’Brien joins Boone for select dates through July 28 before Ashe takes over from July 30 through August 15. The final leg of the tour will feature Luna Li, who is scheduled to appear from August 17 through the closing show on September 3.
The changing lineup gives each stretch of the tour its own personality while introducing audiences to a diverse group of rising artists.
For Boone, however, the spotlight remained firmly on the music.
The Pittsburgh crowd was treated to a setlist that balanced newer material with many of the songs that helped establish him as one of pop’s fastest-rising performers.
Opening with “Sorry I’m Here for Someone Else,” Boone immediately set the tone before moving through favorites including “Mr Electric Blue,” “Slow It Down,” “Pretty Slowly,” “In the Stars,” “Before You,” and the global smash “Beautiful Things,” which closed the night.
Fans also heard the title track, “Wanted Man,” alongside an unreleased song that offered a glimpse into what may be coming next.
The performance arrived just over a week after Boone released “The Time of My Life,” his first new music of 2026.
The upbeat single has already generated plenty of attention, thanks in part to its music video starring social media personality Alix Earle.
Including the song in the tour’s opening night setlist gave fans their first opportunity to experience it live.
The concert also showcased Boone’s growing confidence as a live performer.
While his acrobatics have become a defining part of his concerts, they never overshadow the emotional core of the music. Instead, the flips, aerial moments and theatrical staging complement songs that range from deeply personal ballads to energetic pop anthems.
Alongside recent releases, longtime fans can expect favorites such as “Cry,” “Take Me Home,” “Momma Song,” “What Was,” “My Greatest Fear,” and “Young American Heart,” ensuring every chapter of Boone’s growing catalog is represented.
With more than 30 shows still ahead, it’s possible the setlist will continue evolving throughout the tour.
